Among the bills and proposals flooding Congress in an effort to get the U.S. back on its feet is a bill introduced last summer by Senator Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio). The Investments for Manufacturing Progress and Clean Technology (IMPACT) Act of 2009 would provide resources for small- and medium-sized manufacturers through a 2-year, $30 billion manufacturing revolving loan fund.

Starting Thursday, March 4 local businesses will be participating in the Southwest Auglaize County Chamber of Commerce sponsored event, Spring Fever Weekend.
