Minster Council cooperates with Loramie Fire District E-mail

MINSTER — Village Councilors in Minster discussed a few topics during Tuesday night's meeting.
The first item on the agenda for council members was the third and final reading for a mutual aid agreement with the Loramie Fire District.

Council on Aging offers postal security system E-mail

AUGLAIZE COUNTY – The Auglaize County Council on Aging will once again be utilizing the Postal Security Alert Service.  The Auglaize County post offices, law enforcement and the Council on Aging have teamed up to provide security and assistance for Auglaize County citizens over the age of 60.  Letter carriers will keep a watchful eye on those participating in the program.  If the letter carrier notices a build-up of mail, they will alert the respective emergency contacts and the Council of Aging that a resident may be in need of help.

Minster students graduate from DARE E-mail

MINSTER – Sixth graders at Minster Middle School completed their DARE programs on Friday.  The students attended a graduation ceremony led by their DARE officer Deputy Samuel Blank of the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Department.  Sheriff Allen F. Solomon addressed the student, their teachers and parents in attendance. Solomon told the audience that he had arranged for the graduation to take place on a day he could attend, because he felt it was important for him to be
there.
