COLDWATER — The New Bremen Cardinals got the revenge that they wanted Friday evening in the second game of the Division IV sectional championship at Coldwater. The Cardinals used the high-low offense almost to perfection in the first half, but still had to hold on to defeat the Marion Local Flyers 47-37.

LIMA — Minster needed a bridge.
Having a young, standout group of players in the starting line-up is nice and all. But for a vital stretch in the fourth quarter of Saturday’s Division IV district final game at Lima Senior, three of the Minster girls basketball team’s top players were mere foul-laden ornaments sitting on burgundy padded chairs.

Loramie Redskins to UD Arena E-mail

PIQUA – Friday night at Piqua high school, the Fort Loramie Redskins met the Mechanicsburg Indians with the sectional title on the line, and the opportunity to play in the district final at UD arena. The Redskins were able to seize the opportunity, as they won the game 59-25.
