Rodney A. Wint, 48, of Tipp City, formerly of Coldwater, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2008 at his residence in Tipp City.
He was born March 10, 1959, in Coldwater, to the late William and Mary Duane (Forsthoefel) Wint. He married Sharon (Dahlinghaus) Wint on Oct. 22, 1994, who survives in Tipp City. He is survived by a 7-year-old daughter Claire; sisters, Rena (Larry) Sudhoff, of Coldwater, and Rona (Shane) Dellinger, of Coldwater; nephews Brennan Sudhoff and Reece and Carson Dellinger and a mother-in-law, Mary Louise Dahlinghaus, of Maria Stein. Mr. Wint attended St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, in Tipp City. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 5129, in Tipp City; a 1977 graduate of Coldwater High School and attended Sinclair Community College School of Business. He was employed by Reynolds and Reynolds, in Kettering. Visitation will be at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, in Coldwater, on Friday, Feb. 15, 2008, 2 to 8 p.m., and on Saturday Feb. 16, 2008, 9 to 10 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2008, at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev.'s Rick Walling and Marc Sherlock officiating and burial following at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, in Coldwater. |
