Wooden Shoe Inn officially reopens

MINSTER – After months of waiting, the day finally arrived.
The Wooden Shoe Inn in Minster had its ribbon cutting ceremony Friday afternoon to commemorate its official reopening.
Andy and Brianna Phlipot purchased the Wooden Shoe Inn, located at 6 N. Main St., in December and closed in January to undergo renovations to the building.
The plan was to open in April, but because of the coronavirus pandemic, that plan was put on hold.
The restaurant has been open to the public since June 16, but Friday served as the ribbon cutting ceremony with many community members in attendance.
