On Monday evening the Minster Board of Education held its monthly meeting. The meeting saw two students receive awards, as well as a presentation about the positive impacts of the independent reading and writing courses offered at the high school.
The first order of business for the board was to vote on accepting donations. The donations were; $465 from an anonymous donor for students’ negative lunch accounts, $147.40 from Kazumasa and Manami Arakawa for students’ negative lunch accounts, and $1,500 from Area Energy and Electric Inc. for FFA Equipment. The board voted to accept those donations.
