The St. Marys girls basketball team battled but fell just short, losing 44-42 to St. Henry in nonleague play on Tuesday night.
It was the second straight game with that score for the Lady Riders, having fallen to Kenton last Thursday.
For St. Henry, Molly Wendel had 12 and Jalynn Everman scored 11.
